Expressions such as “Ready Stock,” “Available,” or “Order Now” are intended for eligible B2B customers and do not guarantee continuous inventory. Availability must be confirmed before purchase or payment.
11. Packaging, artwork, and brand requirements
Customers are responsible for ownership, authorization, third-party rights, and regulatory compliance concerning submitted brand names, trademarks, artwork, labels, and packaging materials. Production may begin only after required approvals.
12. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, logos, design elements, photographs, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Medizia OncoCare and may not be commercially reproduced or modified without authorization.
